anyone use a continental 8d?

ad on craigslist. he has three that were put into service 11/11. taken out of service recently. doesnt say why. they are 12 v. are they shot? he wants $85 a piece.

main use would be for messing with solar stuff around the house. it may also go along on camping trips. i cant find the specs on its weight but im sure moving it will be a two man job.
