Good mechanics needed in Colombia or Venezuela

Hi guys

I will be driving a Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8 through South America as from August and am compiling a list of good mechanics for different countries but cannot find any in Colombia and Venezuela

Has anyone here had any personal experiences that might help me
