been on the site for a while, figured I throw some pics of my project.
The specs:
1991 GMC V2500 suburban 90K miles
462 CI motor, bored TBI, Eagle crank, 97 Vortec heads, Thorley long tubes, Lunati cam, Dymanic EFI coming soon
4L80 trans, 4.10 gears, 32" tires
Coming soon: pwr windows, doors, mirrors, custom dash, 14BFF rear
Vehicle used to be local fire chief, so body is still pretty good, 350 lasted for a while, broke a rod towing a 7K trailer up a hill. I bought a 1990 R2500 with a 454 and 1 ton rear. Plus it was a silverado, so I got the power mirrors, door, etc. with it. Building it as a tow vehicle for boat/travel trailer and just because I want to. 3+ years and counting....
