Hello all!

I recently purchased a 1947 Bantam T3-C. It will be slow build, but I hope to eventually get to the expedition camper level. The original lights and hitch are gone, and the bed is a little rotted, but the rest is there and in good shape. I've been lurking for a while, drooling over all the builds. Figured I'd step into the light.

So far I have sourced a complete military axle with brakes and wheels from a 1952 M-100. I still need to find a bed donor (AKA junked pickup with decent donor bed) and to replace the hitch with the Lock'N'Roll.

Pics coming.

Thanks,

-D

Here's the trailer on my TJ. In the driveway is the Mitsu Monty Sport LTD. Quite a capable rig, despite it's creature comforts. In the garage is the other project, my wife's trail rig, a 1990 Isuzu Trooper.

Is the serial # still on your Bantam? I have a 47 Bantam too.
I think you can just about get any panel for your Bantam if it is too rotted to repair.
