2014 Chevy 2500 Westin t-max winch tray install

Hoefully, some of you can help. I am trying to install the Westin T-Max winch tray on my 2014 Chevy 2500. The instructions are not very good. I can't figure it out. Does anyone have picture and/or some guidance for the install?
