how to print satellite image strip maps

I'm doing a canoe race in about a month and want to print and laminate some strip maps to have in the boat to give me some reference of where I am on the river.

I made the route on MapMyRide http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/504895194

Is there any way to do this without just exporting it to Google or something and doing a print screen a bunch?

:sombrero: I have a bunch of "7-Minute" Geographical maps of different areas of the Sierras and they are FAIRLY accurate, but most are based on info 20 years old, so

When I'm headed to a SPECIFIC area (Hiwy 49/Gold lake/Bowman lake)-I use Google Maps/Google earth and print smaller satellite images and they are usually more upto date than the maps--

I'm talking lakes/off-roads/rivers/streams/creeks-
