Anybody make Stainless or Aluminum water jugs?

I've been poking around a bit to see if I could find any companies that make stainless or aluminum 5gal water jugs, similar in size to the MWC's or Wedco water jugs but haven't found any. I realize they'd be fairly expensive but am seriously looking into trying to find a non plastic or non-coated water jug option.

Anybody run across anything like that?

The local JEEP Club (that started in the late 40s) use to use aluminium 5 gal. GI water cans, they would even put a spigot on them at the lower corner. (like Coleman water jugs).
I got lucky and found 3 (2 intact 1 for parts) near me 20 yrs. ago... they have CONCO stamped on the bottom and USMC on the sides... at the bottom.
I started searching when I read this post... couldn't find much, but I finally found some...
FYI... It does appear that there are steel ones that have the same mouth, so they might not ALL be aluminium... mine are light as hell.

Old auction (for picts.) this might have been a great score...

So I think they are out there just some searching to be done...

So I calleld Moore Parts, they didn't really have any other info on if its "spec'd" for water useage. Also no manufacturer info other than its made overseas. So....I may buy one and do a water sample test or something since that looks to be one of the only options. Either that or custom made...
