The daughter and I just returned fro a "quick" trip up north. She's wanted to head North for the last couple of years and we had a small break in her schedule...so we made haste and went "North to Alaska". Well not really but it's a catchy old song.

Word of caution... this thread will have a tonne of photos and as little writing as possible. It is also more of a soft road adventure than an all out off road assault

Haven't loaded all the photos yet but it's getting there, so a little patience will be required

Left for Vancouver on Wednesday evening.

So we stayed with my in-laws the first night. They are good old German folk meaning breakfast is stale bread and hard cheese, or is it stale cheese and hard bread?
Either way it meant we were stopping for breakfast. Welcome to Bobby Sox 50's Diner
