New awning mounts for my rack from xterraperformance.com.
The guys were nice enough to make me some mounts. Turned out to sit at the perfect height to not rub on the body and just far enough away for the screen room not to bunch up. Beefy too!!

Nice! How do you like the ARB awning? Any pictures of it set up with the screen room? I'd really like to get an awning, but I don't know if I could set it up to clear my RTT with my current setup.

Love the awning to death. I went with it instead of a rooftop tent. I will sleep in the truck, in the room with floor, the screen room, or just under the awning. I don't have a picture of the screen room but there is a picture of the room with floor a little ways back in this thread.

Just saw the pictures. Awesome setup. Does the screen room/floor roll up with the rest of the awning, or do you attach it after unrolling the awning itself?

It's a separate piece of kit. Adds a few minutes to the setup after the awning is up. Really easy though.

Decided to ditch the factory bfgs with only 10k on them. On road they were ok as long as there wasn't rain or snow. Offroad they just plain sucked.

Went with the new bfg ko2s in the same size, 265/75/16E. It was hard not going with the 285s but just couldn't justify it with never having needed 33 on any of my trucks before.
Going to burn out a little trip up to the snow line tomorrow so will get a few more pics.

Wow. Do they sell these? I hope they kept specs handy to make some more.

My buddy's got the KO2s on his FJ (albeit in the 285 flavor), and they've been great for him thus far. Looks great! I'm looking forward to joining you guys in the PNW here soon.

Got out in the hill for the afternoon. Went up Blue mountain Rd south of town. Major washboard on the start as was expected.

Saw some areas of prescribed burns, good to see as this year is going to be bad for fires.

After the first 10 miles or so the washboard subsided to give way to some great roads.

Tires did just great. Ate up the rocks, and had plenty of grip in the corners.

Beautiful.

I'm down in Billings, but my parents live in Seeley Lake. I'm up there fairly often. Such a great part of the country.

Don't know what's happening here but now both the back and front people have ran into.
Guy decided to back into me at work yesterday. His hitch hit the bumper right on the license plate.
Doesn't seem like an real damage but come on people, I don't even have 10k on it yet!
Plate holder is loose and the rest of the bumper is a little but I think it's from the bad amounts of washboard and rock roads I drive.

Speaking of washboard I'm really looking at shocks now that can keep up with the strain.
The stocks seem to fade so quick I need something with more oil.
I am leaning toward radflow 2.5 coil overs up front with ome springs and radflow 2.0s in back.
