Just spoke to the seller on the phone. Truck comes from Venezuela. Came in on a 365 day permit, left and then came back in again. Second time it came in it was registered. It has a Florida title. Doubt it is a legal import, Feds can seize this truck if it was not imported legally, buy at your own risk!! Real nice Patrol though....

Now that is a legal truck. Not the best condition and has the lackluster 4.2L inline-six gasser.

No doubt, perhaps you could sue the dealership if the fed's seized it!? Beats me and I am not touching it but it is sweet, in the states and has a Florida title.
