Wow, wish I had found this site before I started my teardrop trailer. I might have done things different. Still great ideas here and I thought I would contribute some.

This is my 6x10 Benroy style Teardrop trailer build.

Started out as an angle iron utility trailer.

Cut it down.

Built floor, glue and screw construction. Used titebond II or III for everything.

Sealed bottom, painted with truck bed liner, caulked all joints for extra seal.

Deck attached with under deck storage bins.

Looks like a nice flat bed trailer. I could stop here and call it done?

Time for sidewalls. 3/4 plywood, just like the deck. Maybe a little overkill, but it want it to be strong.

Save the door cut outs, going to need them later.

Biscut joined a 2-foot section on the 4x8 sheet. Need to make them 10 feet long. Walls cut and tacked up.

Bending plywood. Not as easy as it sounds. Some water, ratchet straps, take it slow over a couple days... And don't break it!

This is what it is supposed to look like finished... Kind of anyway.

Cabinet making started. First one inside.

Second one in the galley. I cheated some, bought a lowes pre made cabinet and countertop and installed them.

Wires, wires, wires everywhere! Also a shot of the fantastic fan vent and one inch foam insulation.

Doors. Remember that opening I cut out of the side and saved the piece? Stainless steel gate hinges. Just shimmed in now with wood.
