4m50 fuso injector removal

Hey guys


Not a FG but its a 4M50 question, have a 2007 fe180 and need to get the injectors cleaned and tested, any tips or tricks to get them out? The seem rather seized.

Hi ,
Only just seen the question in Australia there are a few tool companies that do a tool to remove Bosch , Delphi injectors one is TOLEDO PART NO 304042 .
It is a slide hammer set up.

Hope this is a help.

I have made a tool and works awesome! If any one is interested I can e mail pictures or even build some to sell all you need is a slide hammer.

No those are designed to thread into a injector where the fuel line threads on from the top so you pull straight up the fuso ones thread on the side so you would just be pulling side ways
