35k miles on this thing, with this type of equipment, is extremely high. It has been worked super hard I imagine. It's like 350,000 miles on a normal vehicle. I wouldn't touch it with a 40 foot pole. Looks like it didn't even sell at auction (reserve not met).

not much sold at that auction; it's Juneau, no roads in and only 32000 people.

I suspect this is one of those cases where the seller has very misplaced expectations of the value of the vehicle.
