FlipPac is made by FRP in Riverside, CA. Here is their contact info: http://www.flippac.com/

Also, AT Overland aka Adventure Trailers are experts on all this and also FlipPac dealers: http://adventuretrailers.com/campers/at-flippac/

Additionally, I have tons of info in my own build that may help: http://www.expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/34407-Doc-s-AT-FlipPac-Build-Thread

FRP in ca. is the only place i know of to buy anything unless you find it used somewhere, expect to pay too much and wait too long.

adv trailer either only offers to sell parts to customers who bought his flips, or offers absolutely no after sale support. you can ask him but he'll just tell you he offers no parts and to contact FRP.

As an alternative, you might be able to fabricate a handle. Weld something with similar splines onto a piece of bar and add a handle.

Also, make sure that your torsion bar is still functioning before you buy (or build) a new handle.

Good luck &... pictures please!

As a customer, I have to say that's just not been my experience. I bought mine from AT in 2009 and when my FRP made handle broke (welds), AT offered to remake mine. Shipped it to them and they made it better than OEM and returned to me pronto. YMMV.

My experience with AT was very good and I did not buy my flippac from them. However, I had my used flippac refurbished, painted, lights added, and installed. Yes, I did spend money with them, but not as much as a new flippac would have cost. They have always been responsive to my emails or phone calls. That is just my experience. Your mileage may vary.
