Custom Off-road Hot Water Box
Loads of time, money and thought went into creating this Hot Water Box. It is constructed from ¾” cabinet grade plywood, painted with exterior semi-gloss and features: PEX fittings with stainless steel crimp bands, RV Outdoor Shower, Atwood 6 Gallon Water Heater (G6A-7 LP GAS), Shurflo RV water pump Mfr Number: 2088, Inline water strainer, water is sourced from onboard 21 gallon tank, City water hook up or Jerry Can, Stainless Steel sink with removable neck for travel and RV sink trap and drain
It works flawlessly! The ultimate in off-road convenience, short water runs means less wasted water while waiting for hot water. Perfect for a quick hot water hand wash, cleaning dishes and taking a much needed shower after a full day of off-roading!

Future Plans:
Maxx Coupler, Add RTT and rack, Awning and Tarp system, Rear Tire carrier and swing out and Brakes. New tires. Add terminal block to clean up pump and switch electrical.

As with many of these builds, things change, plans change or ADHD kicks in and it’s time to move on.

This trailer is easily pulled by my 1995 Land Cruiser (218K miles), 35’s, stock gears.
It is well balanced and easy to move by hand.

Asking $2700. Sold with bill of sale.

I really don't want to part it out. I could build you one to your specifications.

Looking at your rig. Nice plumbing. Is there enough support for frame and load bars for a 140 lb RTT like James Baroud???

Mike
Yes, that load should be easily supported. However, I put the fenders close to the tires, may need to reduce tire diameter, add a block under spring or lengthen the shackles.

What I was trying to say on my phone: the added weight of the tent my cause the tires to rub at highway speeds if you hit a large bump. So, to alleviate the possible rubbing. I would want to do 1 or more of the fixes listed above. Hope that helps clear up my last statement.

Anyone out there? I'd really like to sell this, my kid needs braces! You can easily add a rack to support a tent, add a cover. Take a hot shower after a days wheeling for less than half of a manufactured trailer.

I'd love to have it, and make those add ons you just mentioned but it's terrible timing for me. I'm hoping to get a trailer next year sometime. Good luck, I love this thing.

I MIGHT be able to get it as far west as Moab toward the end of March, actually I think it's the EJS weekend. I wasn't planning on going but if that would help someone out west....
