This Mercedes-Benz G-550 Trailer Hitch Receiver has been designed, to be mounted/installed together with our All Steel Rear Bumper VTS-7151,
for the G-550/G-55 Class models from 2009 up to 2013.
It will be fastened to the large fuel tank skid plate, and to the heavy duty
All Steel Rear Bumper for added lateral support

Easy bolt-on, after drilling four 9/16" holes into the skid plate

Sadly, 4000 lbs towing capacity is only medium duty; but it's certainly better than the nothing that MBUSA provided.
