So all the build specs are in my thread, but the basics are:

496 C.I.
800 CFM Q-jet
Edelbrock Performer intake
9.0:1 Compression Pistons
Full roller cam and lifters
Pertronics High out put ignition

4L80 E trans
NP208 T-case
9.5" GM semi float rear diff with 4.11 gears
37" tires

Once I get it together and running I am gonna take to get dyno tested, only $75 for three pulls.

What are your guesses for RWHP and Torque???

There are multiple choices but try to pick just one for HP and one for Torque. Poll closes in 45 days, hope to have it done before that time!!!

What's your redline and the specs for the cam? I'm guessing 425/425 rwhp

Not sure on red line prolly around 5500 to 6000

and it's a Howards Cam

Int .510 lift 266 Duration
Exh .538 lift 274 Duration

Lobe seperation 112 Degrees

Those 37s are going to kill wheel horsepower vs crank hp. I'm betting it shows lower than expected at the wheels just due to the nature of driveline losses so I'm guessing low, but it's purely guessing.

I agree on the tires, I am guessing 320 hp and 440 Tq, and that is a wild *** guess since I dont have a clue what the numbers are at the crank anyway.

I would think about dropping the q jet and the carb adapter plate. You will see some horse addition but throttle response will be much crisper

There is no adapter plate, it is a spread bore intake. If that is what you meant?

The Qjet was a good concept that never got any love. Seems like nobody runs them, but there are a few out there that can make them jump through hoops and dance.
