Nick. Could you provide more info on or pics of the removable aux tank?

Sure!

I use a 12 gallon Moeller "Topside" boat tank. I plumbed in a Holley marine pump for transferring fuel. When I am not using it, I run it dry first then just store it in the garage. The only problem I had at first was that the newer Moeller tanks have a California compliant cap on them. They do not vent until a certain pressure so it can swell the tank. Luckily, I had an older Moeller cap in the garage that is manually vented so no issues at all. On the newer caps, you can install a marine vent/flame arrestor and the they work great.

I have had no issues with the roof rack, vehicle stability, filling or usage of the tank. I have put a lot of miles on with it mounted right there.

Vegas_Nick, how do the fox upfront ride?

Man, I really love them! I can't say enough about how they handle and how they feel. Maybe a little bit stiff for the highway for some folks, but suits me just fine.

But, that being said, we just finished up testing the new Iron Man Foam Cell Pro suspension and for a vehicle that may spend say 50/50 between trail and highway, I can't say enough about how good the ride is. I'll keep my Fox because I have my truck setup exactly like I want it, but this new suspension will be a game changer for people that want a 3" lift that provides an awesome ride without having to install new UCA's.

good to see you like the fox. been looking at fox's with DSC Adjuster. not worried about the stiffness on highway. i have ome mediums and im looking for a softer ride on trails. not doing crazy baja driving but want a little more comfort off road. haven't heard about the iron man suspension. will definitely look into them.

I have a write up on them over on the FJ Forum. We're the first in the US to get them in hand and test with them. There won't be any more stock in North America until the end of the year. I have already received commitments on four sets after they saw our test sessions. :)
