The Gray Bastard is a work in progress. It was bone stock when I bought it. Since then I've added a set of OME/Dakar springs, 255/85 KM2s, 5.29 gears, a Spartan rear locker, and a 4.7 transfer case. It's in the middle of a 3RZ motor swap that I'll get around to finishing one of these days, then I've got an elocker third waiting to go in the front. After that I want to convert to dual transfer cases and slap on some wider axles, and then maybe it'll be done? Who knows. It was my daily driver before I started the engine swap and the original plan was to keep it pavement friendly for daily driving and desert exploring duties, but I'm in an F-150 now and the wallowing lummox is growing on me. It's also got just enough cajones to drag the Bastard around on a flatbed if it had to, so the idea of chopping and caging the 4Runner for more serious trails has been floating around the back of my head. Dunno yet. Gotta finish the swap first.
