2006 Toyota Tacoma

I am testing the waters to see if there is a buyer for my truck. This is a well built truck.

These are specs given to me from the original owner:

2006 Tacoma 5spd.
Second owner. I traded my diesel Xterra for it last year and attempting to buy the Xterra back.
From front to back.
1-ARB bumper housing an 8k mile marker winch. Painted to match the truck. Trimmed to match the removal
Of the factory fender flares. Plastic is gone all metal fenders now.
2-Dual red top batteries, Hell Roaring isolator.
3-SS135 Safari Snorkel.
4-Swapped in a FJ Cruiser t-case. Gives you full manual control of the 4wd. No more electronic t-case crap.
Added bonus of 2wd low range. Front diff is engaged by a momentary switch in the factory location of the old 4wd knob control. Works great. Much more reliable. 2wd low is very nice and useful.
5-Custom flatbed. 7'2" long by 6' wide. The bed comes out exactly to the slider edges. It’s completely TIG welded. Full rear LED lights. Set up to carry dual spares.
6-Custom canvas cover. It looks amazing and very professional. It’s really well built and it's over a year old.
7- Suspension. Front 2.5" shock body coil over’s. Adjustable up to about 3.5" Its not that high currently
Rear OME. Front spindles have been gusseted.
8-Wheelers longer brake lines. Rear diff skid.
9-Rear Eaton LSD differential.
10-6 matching tires 235/85-16s on 6 powder coated Toyota steel wheels.

Things that I have done:

1-Upgraded the stereo to a Pioneer DEHX6600BT
2-Installed CoverKing Ballistic seat cover
3-Replaced rear mudflaps
4-Serviced (Fluids: engine, transmission, t-case, Diffs)(Filters:air, cabin)(Sparkplugs)
5-Replaced transmission output seal and t-case input seal
6-2100 lumen led front flood lights (also used for reverse lights)
7-Replaced front grill (owl flew into it, and still needs emblem)
8-Modified Canvas canopy frame to be fully removable for flatbed use

Since the trade I daily drive it. I drive to and from work once a month at ~630 mile round trip. I work in Midland/Odessa,Tx and live in Killeen,Tx.

$16k obo
Price drop $14k!!!

Photos are from November, I will post more recent photos soon.

Thanks for the bump!

As requested. Pictures, and the canvas was tightly sewn around the mounts with snap buttons at the bottom. These are photos when it was freshly done by the original owner.

Get Dirty.
Still for sale? I'm interested. Couple of questions.

Can you email interior/canvas off photos to me? jlandon91 at gmail.com
Where is the fuel filler neck?
What do you see for fuel economy?

Yup still up for sale.

For the photos of of the canvas off, I will have to take it off this weekend for you as well as get some interior shots for you at that time. (Won't be back home until the weekend)

The filler neck is raised and in between the bed and cab on the driver side. About window height.

For fuel economy with my driving i average about ~350 miles to a tank. I usually end up putting around 19 gals in it when I go that far.

Super cool rig! Reminds me of Hilux utes back home in Australia. If I was looking for a ute I'd be all over it.

GLWS!
