Oregon plated green Land Cruiser Troopy in Panama?

Workhorse

Observer
Hello-

I am currently visiting family near Cuesta Piedra in Chiriqui Province in northern Panama.

About half an hour ago I saw a 45/47 series forest green Land Cruiser troopy with Oregon license plates (unless my eyes are failing me?) heading down the Caldera Road (off of the road north from David to Boquete) heading down toward Cangilones de Gualaca, a pretty popular swimming hole on a river.

It looked expedition equipped and appeared to have a roof top tent among other things on the roof rack. Does anyone know who it is and if are they on ExPo? It looked like a younger guy and gal driving it. I couldn't tell if it was RHD or not. It sounds crazy but we drove by each other so quickly I didn't realize/catch/notice all of the pertinent details. Oops. I didn't get a picture of it. I didn't grab my camera quickly enough. Nice looking rig though.

Just throwing it out there to see if anyone knows who it is by chance and where they are headed.

Thanks in advance.

Ross-
