Did you ever see my brake upgrades? I've finally up to a total of 10 pistons of disk brakes on my 88 burb.

How do you compare the ride of the Rancho 2.5 lift to the stock ride? I want to lift mine in the next few weeks. I love that bumper!

That looks great. When stock, I always think those trucks look a bit down at heel but the lift kit is just right and the winch bumper is superb - really understated but purposeful looking. Great work.

I think it rides better than it did stock. The old shocks were done and the front springs were flat with no arch to them anymore. I'm very happy with the lift so far.

I was able to use my winch for the first time the other day. I got a call from a friend from work that his buddy got stuck north of town out in the middle of nowhere. So, we brought the ol' trusty CUCV and was able to winch him out with no problem. Poor guy had to walk 8 miles in the high desert to where we could meet him.

Outstanding .....Thanks! I will get that on order:) Nice recovery, that fellow was buried. I guess that terrain around there gets soft quick?

Looks like that guy did a good job of getting himself stuck. Not to be to polarizing but I guess Jeeps aren't quite as 'trail ready' as he thought. That being said, I've never been in a 4x4 that couldn't get stuck! at least he had a friend that had you as a friend! nice pull sir!
