Jeeputer Fanless Car Computer with Startup/Shut-Down Controller and GPS

This is a fanless car computer designed to operate in harsh conditions. It has a built in startup and shut-down controller that prompts the pc to boot when the ignition is turned on or shutdown or go into hibernation when the ignition is turned off. It has an 80 GB hard disk with 1 GB of RAM. A USB GPS puck and a Wifi adapter is included.

You can run custom GPS mapping software such as OziExplorer, rock out to your complete music collection, or watch DVDs when the sun goes down. It has a composite video out so it can plug it into a dash mounted head unit as a video source. Or couple it with a 7" LCD touchscreen.

Yes, it can dual boot Windows XP Pro or Ubuntu. Software includes Media Engine and an OziExplorer license.

I dusted off the carputer and hooked it up. GPS and Oziexplorer work great!

This machine is loaded with maps and software. It has custom maps for Big Bear, Anza Borrego, Ocotillo wells, Tahoe, and Moab.
In addition it has the following software:
-Mobile Atlas Creator so you can download and create custom maps in OziExplorer format.
-Photoshop and Illustrator can be used to edit or stitch together maps.
-Sony Vegas for editing video of your adventures.
-Solidworks for designing replacements of broken parts to be 3D printed.

The only issue is that the wifi adapter is old and doesn't support the latest encryption standards. You can get a new wifi adapter cheap though..
