I am the 3rd owner of this truck and have owned it for the past 2 years, purchased it from another forum member who built most of the hard stuff who had it for 12 years. I very reluctantly put this truck up for sale. It has been amazing for my wife and I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to drive it to Patagonia and back. This truck has been nothing but awesome. It has served as our daily driver, same for the previous owner, and exploration or adventure-mobile. We have driven back and forth up the coast to Oregon and across the deserts here in California. The only reason I am selling is that my wife and I are hitting the road for a year in a newly purchased Toyota Tundra and Four Wheel Camper.

Never used as a tow vehicle. All maintenance up to date, just had an oil change. My mechanic has been K&H Import in Canoga Park, he’s a fantastic LC specialist. And every time its in there for an oil change, we crawl around underneath looking for anything and he says its one of the nicest vehicles that comes into the shop. I can attribute so much of that to the previous owner.

There are a significant number of modifications to the vehicle which are listed below. I set it up to be versatile both on the highway and off road.

Both the exterior and interior are in very good condition. Rear and 3rd row leather seats look unused. Driver seat is showing wear but not rips or tears. I have had them covered with Spector Offroad tuff duck seat covers for the last 7 years. Exterior has one small crease on the passenger front fender from someone hitting it with a door. Some small imperfections from being on trail roads, and one small ding below the passenger far rear window, little accident while in Death Valley recently when the wind came out of nowhere. **NO RUST** anywhere. Everything works except the driver lumbar adjuster (which does work but not as new) and the driver side window auto close feature (but window goes up and down just fine). This truck has been driven but never beat up.

Locked front and back; lifted; 4:88 gears; sliders, skids and bumpers. Just add a winch and 35's and you can go anywhere.

Check out the list of mods which cost approx. $18,000 and you will understand the price.

Lots of interested parties but no one has pulled the trigger yet. After chatting with everyone, I'm lowering the price to a firm $17,500.

thanks

I feel you pain... had the same problem when I was selling my Jeep..... I showed some people at work but most folks around here are into oversized diesel pickups...
