I may be interested, were are you located at, I have done Monticello Canyon, Dona Ana mountains, and around Las Cruces area!

Usually sundays we get together and do some runs, my friend likes the rock crawling thing so some times I just go with him and follow to see if he needs some assistance.

Please put me on the contact list for NM trips.. I am busy as ^%#$# with two kids and two jobs, but that doesn't mean I can't get away. All I have to do is act grouchy for a couple of weeks and my wife MAKES me go camping.

I'd love to get out for some camping as early this year as possible. I haven't done any camping in Southern NM, so let me know if anyone is doing anything before spring!

Mike was attending his 4X4 club's monthly meeting and had just told them
he couldn't make the camping trip scheduled for the next day because
his wife wouldn't let him go.

After listening to the jeers and other derisive remarks from his fellow
4X4 friends Mike left to go back home to his wife.

When Mike's friends started arriving to set up camp the next day, who
should be there but Mike sitting up in front of his truck, tent up,
fishing rod in hand, camp oven roast stewing away in a hot bed of coals.

"How did ya talk your wife into letting you go Mike?"
    "I didn't have to" was Mike's reply.

"When I left the meeting I went home and slumped down in my chair with a
beer to drown my sorrows. Then my wife snuck up behind me and
covered my eyes and said, 'Surprise'!"

When I peeled her hands back she was standing there in a beautiful see -
through negligee and she said, "Carry me into the bedroom, tie me to the bed and you can do whatever you want."

    So here I am!

    That is hilarious Kmet!

Add me to the list to of Southern NM trips. I'd love to check out Silver City, Cruces and even Cloudcroft areas. Headed up to The Butte for Labor Day, anybody know of any cool areas up there?
