Looking for Advise for my Dodge 3500

Just getting into the groove with all this. I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9L Cummins Diesel. 2.5 " lift, 35" wheels 8' bed, single rear wheel, all else is stock except for a mega sound system. In process of installing a Jason full size cap on the bed.
I'll be using this truck mostly to tow my 98 TJ Jeep to some Off Road events a couple of times a year and just for overall camping and some hiking.
I'm trying to decide on a roof rack system , a roof top camper tent or something along those lines.

Does anyone have any good advise as to which way to go?

I don't know if you will need other cargo space on the roof given the bed of the truck but if you do or want a good place for mounting of lights etc a Kargo Master might make sense. Although I don't always like the overhang on the sides. But it would give you lots of options and will handle a decent amount of weight.
