Maybe some of you have been wondering if it's doable.
The cargo slide is actually made for the Unlimited, but with some minor modification -and the backseat removed- it can be mounted in a 2dr.
Only thing you'll have to do is cut a part of the front right mounting bracket to clear the backseat mounts, and drill 2 holes into the floor.
The cut-out.
The holes I had to drill. The slide will be bolted to the tub through these holes and the factory cargo tie-downs in the rear of the cargo area.
The left hole is easily accessible from under the Jeep. The right hole sits over the rear end of the gas tank, but you still reach it with a wrench.
If you remove the plastic liner in the back you can still access the jack.
