Looking for a 4wd shifter knob plaque for a '98 Montero

Heya,

We took our '98 Montero to a car wash a while back and they managed to clean it too well; by doing so they managed to loosen and lose the plaque that is on top of the 4wd shifter knob. While not a very important component, it does help having this one there so you can see what 4wd mode the car is in.

The knob I'm talking about is the following:


Does anyone happen to have one spare or potentially know where to get one?
