From OP's photo link I have the impression that his emphasis is on images of active people outdoors, with or without vehicles, while responses have mostly been vehicles in scenic locations.

On a clear day you can see Mt. Hood, Mt. Adams, Mt. Saint Helens, and Rainier.

We have been living in Dubai for just under 10 years now and have travelled to most corners of Oman and the UAE during our time here.

Here are a few pictures from some of the trip we have done over the last few years.

The driving here is unlike most other places in the world, it is totally unregulated and you can go almost anywhere any time as long as it is not in a military sensitive area, unlike most other countries where you have to obey the rules of the national parks etc here you have the freedom to go where you want and over what ever terrain is in front of you, coupled with the price of cheap fuel it is not a bad place to explore.
