Nice, clean install. Do you notice any buzziness from the sheet metal, or did you also use a dampener of some sort?

Most of the cab has Dynamat installed, so no, I don't notice any "rattley" noises, other than the normal truck ones.
When complete the white panel that you can see will not be there, as that is the pass-thru. Now it just has the original panel section and window held in with a bracket, so I can drive it around without a big hole behind me.
I considered making the speaker enclosures out of fiberglass, but using MDF was quicker and easier.
There is a M6 rivnut in the pass-thru hoop for the side bracket and a M8 bolt is used for the bottom bracket. The enclosure is a neat fit, which makes it very secure. The speaker wiring simply runs under the door trim, which makes it a very easy wiring install.
I upgraded the head unit too, as the Fuso OEM one is pretty crappy.

Looks awesome..maybe more work then I have time for at the moment but something to keep in mind..are those 6.5" speakers?
