Just posted the details on the water and plumbing aspect of the build. Finally.

. Even the mythical Unicat, Action Mobil, Bliss, etc don't publish their numbers (most likely because they have not actually tested their finished real world enclosures)

Unicat does publish a number for its' wall and ceiling sheets, which is in metric - 0.44W/m**2-degK, which converts to R-13. One must also take into account the window area of course.
Yes I have a pass-through, but it is sealable with a piece of gasketed wall material.
Figuring the windows (5 x 0.4 m**2, about 3W/m**2-degK), I lose ~32W/degK. At -30C (-22F), inside temp +20C, that is 1600W. The webasto puts out 5000W of heat.
