These fit the standard Tacoma DC basket-style rack, so these mounts should fit similar Baja Racks. I have two Hi Lift brackets (with drilled bolt for a small padlock or linchpin), two wing nuts, and three of the lower clamps - one is an extra.

These were mounted on the rack when I purchased the vehicle, but I removed them within a week. Everything appears to be present minus the mounting bolts for the lower clamp mounts, but I'll dig around in my spare hardware chest for some replacements before shipping.
