GPS for Morocco

Can anyone recommend a GPS/software that can be used in Morocco? I'm mainly interested in road travel, waypoints, etc. Doesn't need topo features. Ideally in the English language

For our trip last year round Morocco, we used OsmAnd app on Andriod. It's based on open street maps.
I downloaded Morocco map the day before we left to get the most up-to date version, worked a treat. Got us out of some sticky situcations when the primary navigator's toy failed.
Even had tracks off road over mountains to remote villages. Had one of the best days driving that day, ended up at Akka Gold Mine.

Yup, I'd go for OsmAnd too.
