Yes it's Sikaflex 252 that bonds the panels. Great stuff to work with if you have a pneumatic caulking gun. When you first apply the panels to the structure it grabs on to the panel pretty good but allows you to move it into the perfect position. Then you start pushing down all over until it's a uniform thickness everwhere of about 3mm.
So I have made a major change in direction with this build. I acquired an Isuzu NPR with a killer 4wd conversion. I will still finish my current camper and mount it to the NPR but in the future I envision building a camper box more suited to the NPR then selling my current camper to someone who will appreciate it. So as of now I will be selling my S10 once I put it back together. Here are the only pics I have of the NPR. I will have more later but I suppose I need to get this thread moved to the proper section.
