Seems pricey for an 04 http://nh.craigslist.org/rvs/5051327520.html thinking of getting a pop up.

A bit high for price, but looks to be in good condition, clean.

A new Hawk Model with the same options would cost around $18,000 (+ or -), just to give you a reference point.

I think that has been for sale for awhile, so it might be high priced.

Used FWC's at a reasonable price will usually sell the same day, depending on location.

I saw that show up on CL a couple months back, I can't beleive it didn't sell, even if priced a bit high. FWC hardly ever show up for sale in NE
