2006 Xterra spare tire size

Should fit fine, but you may have to massage/guide it as it lifts, so that it winds up where you want and doesn't interfere with anything once it's in place ... especially if you have a hitch installed. If it's an especially large tire for the size (like some of the Treadwright re-treads or similar) it may not work, but most big name manufacturers in that size are pretty close and should work.
