Battery for trailer write ups?

I think i posted this in the wrong place the first time, but ive looked a good bit and can't seem to find something i really like. Any one know of a good battery write up? Want to add a battery to my trailer build. Would like it to charge from the vehicle if thats possible and have something like a SPOD to wire lights etc to it. Would also be cool to have solar panels as well.

A determining question would be what are your power needs?

A marine bluetooth speaker set up. One or two flood lights. Inverter for charging cell phones possibly charging power tools. usb wired to roof top tent and a led light up there. Not sure how much i would need for something like that? I know absolutely nothing about wiring but my buddy does wiring for a living and was trying to find some what of an example for him but couldn't find any good write ups or examples.
