Camping/Canoeing near PA???

Me and my buddy just picked up a canoe and wanted to take a camping trip with my off road trailer and the canoe over labor day weekend. Probably will be heading out thursday and staying through monday. Are their any really cool places for camping and canoeing that any of you recommend thats in PA or within a few hours?

Southern NJ has some great spots - Pine Barrens (Bass River SF & Warton SF) has some great camping and canoeing spots... we're going to Winding River in a few weeks, and Mullica River is nice too. Some of the NJ beaches have 4x4 access with a dune buggy permit and you can canoe or kayak on the bay side.
