This truck is three door configuration, easily changed to full soft top or pickup cab.
The drive train is a 3.5 liter V8 with 5spd tras and lt230 transfer case with locking center diff.
Truck was modified by Carmichael for use as an offroad fire tender in North Wales.
The original tank and pump are gone as are the emergency beacons and siren.
Otherwise the truck is like an extremely well preserved time capsule.
There is no frame, bulkhead or door rust. There is some paint lifting in a few spots,
but thats the extent of apologies. Truck has brand new 285/75/16 tires, new wheels,
and new suspension. The original rostyle wheels and tires are available if buyer would prefer
those. The truck is fitted with roll up doors on either side. This allows awesome access to the back of the truck.
There are also a pair of Masai windows http://www.masai4x4.com/landrover-defender-panoramic-windows/
still in the boxes in the back of the truck if the roll up doors aren't desired. The truck being a fire truck that was parked
indoors and maintained by of govt entity there is an extensive
folio of records covering every light bulb etc ever replaced on the truck.
The truck is right hand drive. It is priced well below similar very low mileage trucks that have recently surfaced.
