Looks great. Very similar to my setup but the scissor jack should give you complete reliability, whereas mine with the gas struts runs the risk of a strut failing.

You were the inspiration, along with the M.O.A.B.. I will probably be alone most of the time, so needed to make it easy to deploy/stow. One other change was putting a piece of 1 1/2" on top to cap over the inside piece, in order to help keep water from running straight down the upright. Runs up and down pretty smoothly. A battery powered drill can help it along.

That looks pretty slick. I like the rack design, and will do something similar.
