Poorly written auction description w/ crappy pictures. The person who wrote it isn't very smart or just doesn't give a ********. This should have the Intl IDI 7.3 as it is an '88.
Low mileage. Winch. Body looks OK.
Doesn't start or run. Int'l IDI 7.3s are good engines if they are well taken care of. If not or if abused they fail, and replacement is expensive.
Lots of junk on public surplus, rarely (like once a year) there are "gems" put up for auction. Could be a huge turd as well. If you are in the area maybe worth checking out.
