The VIN has errors. This is the best I can do with it..

1) 1 = US built
2) G = General Motors
3) C = Chevrolet Truck
4) K = 14000-16000 GVWR (if 4th position)
5) = convention cab 4x4 (if 5th position)
6) 2 = 3/4 ton
7) 4 = two door cab
8) U = LQ4 engine (6L V8)
9) 6 = check digit
10) X = 1999 model year
11) E = plant
12-17) 1904032 = production number (but should only be six digits)
