Installed the AFE Charge Pipe and JMS PedalMax tonight

Turbo noise is definitely louder and with the control knob on the PedalMax system turned up to 100%, its insane the pedal response........even at 50% its a completely different beast

The PedalMax was a cake install.........and I like that I can pigtail in the BoostMax system once I install it, maybe Monday

The AFE Charge Pipe on the other hand was about 30-40 minutes, and a PITA. I don't think that overall fitment was good, at all. I will see how the truck does over the next week or and see how the JMS systems work together. JMS claims something like 80 RWHP!

The next piece of the power package will be a porter throttle body, from VMAX........then I will be done with the power goodies

$150 for the TB and $150 core, so basically $150 after the core is returned

Great company and great customer service

Hopefully I can get the JMS Boost Max installed this week, because the Pedal Max is doing GREAT

One of the final power upgrades, the ported throttle body from VMAX

Conflicting info on the stock bore size. Some claim 68MM and some say 70MM

I will measure the stocker when I swap TBs, which should literally take under 30 minutes

Appears to be a tapered port, starting out at 75MM and necking down near the blade

Next, I will install the JMS Boost Max.......and plan to run the optional control knob at 50% for a while (87 octane)

VMAX Throttle Body is installed..........cake swap, under 20 minutes

I have read rumors that the stock TB is 68.......it might be, parts of it

The top/inlet bore is 73.75MM and quickly necks down to 68MM within 3/8" of the top/inlet of the bore

The back end/exit area of the bore is 70MM

I could not get a good, solid measurement of the blade, but it appears to be 68MM

It is interesting that the bore is not just one size, and that it decreases towards the blade and increases as it exits

The VMAX starts off at 75MM and tapers also. The blade is stock and after/behind the blade, the bore is also "stock", measuring again at 70MM

I ran the JMS Boost Max for about 5 days

Definitely had an increase in power, but I felt I also lost 2 mpgs

I unplugged it and will only run the JMS Pedal Max, which I REALLY like the pedal feel with the kit installed

If anyone wants to try the JMS Boost Max (adds upto 6 PSI), let me know $250 shipped

Does anyone know if I will have any problems clearing 35x12.50s with these specific wheels?

BMF DRT
17x8.5
5" backspace
+06
P/N #521-785613550

I believe these are the stock specs:
20" x 8.5"
+44mm offset (6.2 inch backspacing)

I have decided to just keep the Raptor wheels and find some 315/70R17 or 35x12.50R17s

All are similar sizes, but I think the 315s tend to run a tad small compared to a true 35x12.50

I wish there was a 305/75/17

I would also consider a 295/75/17 (34.4x11.6), but I like having a 12.50 for a wider footprint

Pedal Commander for the win

Not even comparable to the JMS Pedal Max

The Pedal Commander has so many level of adjustment and blows away the JMS Pedal Max

The JMS uses a kind of strange dial knob, which is pigtailed into the Pedal Max

The Pedal Commander has a nice mount, is very compact and is much nicer..............all for $250

I bought some brackets for $10, so I can mount a "hidden" 30"-32" LED bar behind the grill
