I have a used Raytheon ProtectIR 4000M kit complete with control panel and joystick to control pan and tilt. Does not zoom.

Only Issue I know of is the gears make a sound when going clockwise but not counter clockwise. Otherwise fully functional 160x120px thermal image. Ready to temp mount via magnets on a roof or via 3 screws directly onto the surface. It auto returns to ''home'' to protect the lens when not in use.
I'll snap some pictures if there is any interest. But looks like this and approx the size of a volleyball. Can currently be deployed via temp install in under 5mins.
For a little more than the price of a quality LED light bar, you can have pan/tilt thermal
