What an
atrocious article.
It's definitely not armoured for a warzone, although AM does offer the option to bulletproof the cab.
Nor is it green; it's beige, or sand.
Nor does it have a 720hp engine - MAN does not even build an engine that powerfull! But heh, it's called the 7200, it must make 720hp! The truck's a MAN TGS 26.540 (26 tonne capacity and 540hp/2500 torque).
That is a lot of money for 23 square feet of living space...
Considering it's 8 feet wide and 23 feet long (XRS 7200, re: 7200mm long), the author is showcasing his incompetency.
Way too overpriced for something that doesn't even pop-up. The interior isn't even that nice, not on par with unicat. No where near the quality of an earthroamer. Looks like dated 1980's laminate wood you'd see in old houses
Ya, no. Unicat's interiors are the ones falling behind. AM has been doing fantastic interiors the last 3-4 years, and this is one of them. The materials are not laminate, but are similar materials used in European kitchens, which are much more modern then the all wood kitchens American's prefer. All of their wood is very high quality.
Opposite the bathroom. When you go thru the door next to the tv, on the left (behind the tv wall is the bathroom) and opposite is the shower. When that door is closed, you get a large (full width) area to shower and get ready in. See above for the layout.
