My wife's only requirement for our adventure trailer was for the tent to be a king size bed. So we bought the biggest tepui in a ruggedized. The trailer we bought had this tent on it and the seller was unwilling to split the two. The whole setup was in storage and the people only used the trailer for "picnicking" and only slept in it once they said. It is in amazing shape.
