This is an ECS 331000 Load Master Case. Similar to Pelican Case, this is a used ex-military case featuring:
- Black field-replaceable hardware
- Ergonomic polymer handles
- Automatic pressure relief valve
- Watertight gasket
- Modular interlocking stacking features allow staking with other similar cases

Dimensions are as follows:
Outer Dimensions: 33.4" x 20.8" x 12.0"
Inner Dimensions: 30.4" x 17.8" x 10.5"

The website says 30 lbs, which I would say feel accurate (sorry, don't have a scale handy). It is defiantly not flimsy by any means, you can stand on it or stack things on it and it holds is shape.
