This is an awesome build. I have a 94 ranger and I am hoping to build it similar to yours. Do you have any pictures of your engine cage that you built? The shock hoops looked really clean.

Awesome rig! It'll be interesting to see how those extra struts on the radius arms do. Any pics from the bottom with them installed? They look like they'd provide some protection to the trans if nothing else...

How thick are the leafs in that pack? I always see the desert guys with these 7-10+ leaf packs and all I can think is that if I added that many leafs to my truck I wouldn't be able to keep the back end on the ground over bumps...

I'm not sure on the width of the leafs. This pack has 12 leafs and is capable of 20" of travel. It's a progressive rate and actually keeps the wheels on the ground much better than a stock set up. This thing feels like an Explorer again with these 35's. The 37's were just too big. It felt like it was up on stilts, and the steering was struggling. It handles way better now.
