Before i could continue on the chain guard i had to block the right exhaust outlet. So i turned a disc:
And welded it in:
The upper part of the chain guard:
Front side piece:
Didn`t have the right size tubing so i had to machine it:
Before welding it in i tacked in the rear side piece:
And welded everything together:
Took it apart and welded everything:
Every connection that didn`t have a lock nut got Loctite when putting it back together:
Finished the steering:
Made the brake line:
Flared it:
And bled it:
Then the only thing that was left was this mess:
So i mounted the charge controller:
The fuse box:
The ignition ecu:
So i didn`t have fuel lines, gas or the right connections for the battery. I was about to leave and call it a day when i thought it`d be a good idea to hook up the battery somehow and see if it turns, cause the battery isn`t new. So i rigged up this setup:
Turned right over:
Then i remembered that i stil have the old gas tank laying around and it should still have some gas in it. So i hooked it up and let the carburators get some fuel:
Then i pushed the start button again:
