My 1984 280GE will only start if push start it, the engine cranks and cranks but no start. I've downloaded the fuel delivery info on the vehicle and it says some models have a pusher pump that helps prime system but can't find out if mine has one or not. If the fuel pump outside tank was bad it wouldn't run at all when bump starting correct? The truck runs fine once started but if I'm not parked on a hill I'm in trouble. Could this be an ignition issue? How do determine if system has primer pump?
